1.1 - Each order made directly to FullySense LLC, which hereinafter will be named by its fantasy name AromaPlan through the website *, or at AromaPlan’s Customer Service, will be governed by these GENERAL SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 2.1 - When registering on the AromaPlan website, you must declare that you have provided all the mandatory registration information correctly and that, if there are changes of address or other modifications during the term of these GENERAL SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS, you must request registration update with AromaPlan.

2.2 - When you register to use the AromaPlan website, you will create a password, you must keep it confidential and not disclose it or share it with anyone.

2.3 - You are fully responsible for the use of your password and any requests made under it, even without your knowledge.

3.1 - When placing an order through the AromaPlan website or through our Customer Service, you make an offer to purchase the products selected in this GENERAL SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS and they are subject to maximum monthly limits, which are defined exclusively by AromaPlan.

3.2 - Unauthorized resale of AromaPlan products is strictly prohibited. Customers who have been involved in unauthorized resale of AromaPlan products will have their accounts immediately closed.

3.3 - The order you place on the AromaPlan website or through the SAC is not confirmed until AromaPlan sends an order confirmation by email, as AromaPlan reserves the right to refuse orders for any or no reason.

3.4 - The order confirmation, including payment information, transmitted by AromaPlan constitutes complete proof of the order and the entire transaction.


4.1 - The prices to be paid for the items you order are those displayed on the AromaPlan website on the date you make your purchase (as set out in the order confirmation sent by email), but excluding any applicable delivery charges.

4.2 - Delivery fees will be charged at the rates indicated on the AromaPlan website on the date you place your order (as set out in the order confirmation sent by email).

4.3 - AromaPlan reserves the right to modify its prices and delivery rates at any time, and to cancel an order in case of errors in writing, printing, or calculation.

4.4 - All orders confirmed by AromaPlan will be delivered to the delivery address specified when placing the order.

4.5 - AromaPlan does its best to guarantee deliveries within the time shown in the selected delivery option and defined in the order confirmation but does not guarantee delivery times.


5.1 - It is your responsibility to check the quantity and condition of the product at the time of delivery.

5.2 - If you notice damaged or missing items, you must inform AromaPlan within 7 days after delivery through e-mail AromaPlan may, in this case, provide you with replacement products identical to its discretion and may request additional information to verify your request.

5.3 - Diffusers and accessories purchased directly from AromaPlan can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery (if that delivery date is verified through a delivery receipt). The diffuser must be in its original packaging and you must include all relevant parts and documents with your return.

5.4 - Unopened fragrances purchased directly from AromaPlan can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the purchase or delivery (if that delivery date is verified via a delivery receipt). Open fragrances are not eligible for return, except in extremely limited circumstances, as approved by AromaPlan.

5.5 Purchases made through the AromaPlan website or through the SAC can be returned to the address provided by the SAC AromaPlan, via e-mail The return postage will be paid by the customer and not by AromaPlan.

5.6 - Once a properly completed return has been received by AromaPlan, AromaPlan will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) of the returned product no later than thirty (30) days after AromaPlan receives such returned product. AromaPlan will refund your purchase price (excluding shipping costs) for the product in the original form of payment. In certain circumstances, involving payment in cash. 6.1 - Each diffuser purchased directly from the AromaPlan website, or Customer Service Contact, comes with a minimum one-year limited warranty. Detailed warranty information is included in the applicable user manual delivered with the diffuser.

6.2 - The limited warranty provided is valid only in the United States of America.

6.3 - Except to the extent permitted by applicable law, the terms of the limited warranty do not exclude, restrict, or modify the mandatory legal rights applicable to the sale of this product and are beyond those rights. If you believe your product is defective, contact AromaPlan for instructions on how to proceed with a repair or exchange.

7.1 - The images, videos and texts that illustrate and describe the products on the AromaPlan website are not contractual and are for informational purposes only. AromaPlan will not be responsible in case of errors or omissions in the images, videos or texts displayed on its website.

7.2 - Without limiting the scope of these General Conditions of Sale, no claim of any kind, whether regarding the products delivered or not for the delivery of products, or otherwise, will be greater in value than the purchase price of the products in question. which the damage argues alleged. 8.2 - In the event of a delay, AromaPlan will fulfill its obligations as soon as possible, and reserves the right to allocate any remaining product offerings to customers in a fair and reasonable manner.


8.1 - These Conditions of Sale are governed and interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its law governing conflict of laws. All disputes arising out of or related to your purchase and use of the Products will be resolved by arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Orlando, FL. The laws of the State of Florida apply to these procedures. The judgment on the sentence handed down by the arbitrator (s) can be entered in any court with his jurisdiction. The Client and AromaPlan agree that each may file claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any alleged class or representative process.
